December 12, 2011 - The 2011 Annual Informal Creditors Committe Meeting was held at the offices of ERNST & YOUNG. * * * November 16, 2010 - The 2010 Annual Informal Creditors Committe Meeting was held at the offices of ERNST & YOUNG London.* * *January 25, 2007 - The Supreme Court of New Hampshire denied motions for rehearing and reconsideration filed by ACE Companies, Reinsurance Association of America and Benjamin Moore & Co.* * * December 5, 2006 - The Supreme Court of New Hampshire upheld the Superior Court's Sept. 22, 2005 decision that proposed agreement between the Home estate and the AFIA Cedants was fair and reasonable.* * * November 20, 2005 - The Scheme became effective.* * * November 10, 2005 - the English High Court of Justice made an order sanctioning a scheme of arrangement pursuant to Section 425 of the companies Act 1985.* * * September 22, 2005 - Upon Remand, the Superior Court found that the Liquidator has met his burden of proving that the agreement and compromise with AFIA Cedants is necessary, fair and reasonable. January 2004
Agreement and Compromise between The Home and certain AFIA Cedants is finalized and submitted
to the court for approval.
April 29, 2004
Liquidator's Motion for Approval of Agreement and Compromise with AFIA Cedants is GRANTED.
September 13, 2004
The Supreme Court vacated and remanded the order of The Superior Court granting the motion
filed by The Liquidator for approval of an agreement between the Home and AFIA cedants.
September 28, 2005
Upon Remand, the Superior Court found that the Liquidator has met his burden of proving
that the agreement and compromise with AFIA Cedants is necessary, fair and reasonable.
Accordingly, the Liquidator's Motion for Approval of Agreement and Compromise with AFIA Cedants is
GRANTED.
November 10, 2005
